Job Responsibilities
As a Strategic Initiatives Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives, acting as an 'in-house management consultant', and independently driving analysis to arrive at options and recommendations using a hypothesis and data-driven approach. You will also be responsible for preparing high-quality deliverables to support program planning, management, and document requirements.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are currently enrolled in full-time MBA programs with previous strategy experience gained at top-tier management consulting firms, internal corporate strategy roles, or equivalent. Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical, and critical thinking, is required. Exceptional written presentation skills, with the ability to prepare informative and impactful presentation decks to express complex ideas graphically, are also essential.
