Reports to: Director of Corporate Real Estate

Main Purpose of the Role:

The Corporate Real Estate Analyst is responsible for co-ordination of repairs, maintenance, janitorial, and health & safety aspects of Converge North America properties, including office, warehouse, and flex locations. The primary objective is to support, coordinate, and maintain the organization's real estate portfolio. Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including local site contacts, warehouse and office managers, executives, and external partners. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Real Estate.

Essential Functions:

- Real Estate Support and Coordination: Serve as a primary contact for all Converge locations in North America, acting as a single point of contact and bridge between on-site personnel at Converge properties and Converge management, repair and maintenance suppliers and other third parties.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Responsible for the planning, management and coordination of all necessary repairs and maintenance at all Converge properties in North America.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to ensuring the health and safety of all personnel within Converge properties.
- Documentation: Create, maintain, and publish detailed documentation related to all aspects of the Converge NA real estate portfolio, including lease contracts and details, service contracts, landlord and property manager information, local contact information and third-party service providers.
- Emergency Services: Create, maintain, and publish a comprehensive list of emergency service providers and contact information.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize service delivery and costs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Well-developed writing and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to support and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) working in a fast-paced business environment, effectively managing multiple, simultaneous activities.
