Join the Shangri-La Toronto team as a Service Associate and make a positive impact on guest experiences in the Restaurant and Lobby Lounge.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Shangri-La's high standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Shangri-La's service deliverables and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using 100% English language proficiency.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a world-class luxury brand and/or fine dining service environment.
- Current SmartServe and In Good Hands certification.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
