Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service
    • Collaborate with the Crew Leader to ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Fleet Management
    • Oversee essential equipment maintenance and record-keeping for the office.
  • Installation
    • Lead installations according to design plans or modify them as needed to maintain project integrity and vision.
    • Ensure installations meet the highest standards on the first attempt.
    • Work with the Crew Leader, Designer, and Project Manager to resolve challenges and implement changes as needed.
    • Operate various equipment and machinery necessary for installations.
  • Safety & Teamwork
    • Promote a safe and efficient work environment for yourself and your crew.
    • Foster a positive, solution-oriented attitude, contributing to the company's success and shared goals.
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in landscape construction
  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate preferred
  • Industry certifications are an asset
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean abstract
Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Highly motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with business software (e.g., Timesheet apps, Job site photos)
  • A passion for craftsmanship—attention to detail is key
  • Empathy and understanding while staying aligned with business goals
  • Passionate about building outdoor spaces and creating lasting impact
