Job Title: Painting and Decorating Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Team Lead to join our team at Exalted Construction Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and overseeing painting and decorating projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of painters and decorators
  • Oversee painting and decorating projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Recruit and train new team members

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment
