We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend to seating arrangements for large groups and ensure that all guests are seated promptly.
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome in our establishment.
  • Perform opening and closing activities to ensure a smooth operation of the front-of-house team.
  • Receive customers' reservations and assign tables accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
