- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
