Retail Store Manager

County Line 27001 is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train store staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
