Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber and Technology Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mitigating cyber, technology, and data risks by implementing a risk management and internal control framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cyber and technology risk management processes and capabilities to protect the organization's critical information assets and systems.
  • Enable regular insights via key risk indicators (KRIs) and other means to senior leaders and other stakeholders on the fund's cyber and technology risk posture.
  • Support the enhancement and implementation of a first line of defense risk and control assessment capability.
  • Support the development and updating of key documentation to support technology and data processes and address fund-wide risks.
  • Facilitate the establishment of necessary standards and the associated governance and monitoring to ensure adherence and manage exceptions.
  • Support and lead on-time completion of action plans that address findings from audits and reviews across the three lines of defense.
  • Identify risks and partner with colleagues from legal, compliance, risk, technology and data, and information security to implement solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, risk management, business resiliency, network management, vendor risk management, vulnerability management, information security, and data protection. A minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in technology and/or information risk management is required.
