Job Title: Plastering Specialist

At Jagir Contracting Inc, we're seeking a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth, even finish. Your work will involve preparing surfaces, curing freshly plastered surfaces, and finishing corners and angles to perfection.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to create a smooth finish
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability
  • Finish corners and angles to perfection
  • Mix plaster ingredients to achieve the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exterior building surfaces to create a weatherproof finish
  • Estimate costs and materials for plastering projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
