Avionics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Operations Manager to lead our Installation team at Avmax. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling install resources and workload effectively.
This leadership role involves analyzing, modifying, and modernizing work methods to ensure efficient and timely work priorities are met. You will also ensure the safety of shop personnel by implementing and enforcing proper safety procedures.
Key responsibilities include supervising shop personnel, evaluating their performance, and providing constructive feedback for development. Additionally, you will respond to internal and external customer needs promptly and authoritatively, including the preparation and authorization of customer quotes.
In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Control Inspector and Managers to address customer concerns and feedback. You will also ensure accurate and thorough completion of technical records, worksheets, inspection task cards, and job cards by maintenance personnel.
As an Avionics Operations Manager, you will analyze divisional sales and production targets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will also devise marketing plans, strategies, and media for advertising to promote the shop's capabilities.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and integrity, ingenuity, and assertiveness in the performance of tasks.
