Your Impact
As a valued member of our team, you will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. You will join a nation-wide network of modern hearing care professionals who strive to improve the daily lives of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering excellent client care, demonstrated by performing the following duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments
- Recommend assistive listening devices
- Evaluate and dispense hearing instruments
- Provide regular client follow-ups and hearing instrument rechecks
- Offer counseling and aural rehabilitation services
- Manage cerumen (if within scope of practice)
- Perform diagnostic testing for ENTs (if applicable)

Professional Development
- Maintain professional credentials and ongoing education
- Supervise or mentor students and new staff members

Hearing Healthcare Centre Regional Support
- Present educational sessions to community groups in the HHC region
- Participate in company marketing initiatives

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Audiology or Hearing Practitioner Certification
- Registered and in good standing with applicable Provincial College of Audiologists and Speech and Language Pathologists or professional associations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Estimated annual salary: $70,000-$90,000 CAD
