Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

- Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, such as housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
