Job Title: Insulation Helper

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Helper to join our team at Kandrea Insulation (1995) Ltd. As an Insulation Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our insulation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate Hand Tools: Use hand tools to perform various tasks, including cutting, drilling, and measuring.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors and at heights, so a strong sense of safety and physical ability is essential.
  • Work Setting: You will be working at various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.
  • Tasks: You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as assisting in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: You will be working with hand tools and must be comfortable using them.
  • Construction Specialization: You will be working in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and in physically demanding conditions. You must be able to handle heavy loads and work in tight deadlines.
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and must be comfortable doing so.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: You will be required to provide your own steel-toed safety boots.
  • Personal Suitability: You must be accurate, dependable, flexible, reliable, a team player, and hardworking.
  • Experience: You must have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
