Job Title: Insulation Helper

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Insulation Helper to join our team at Kandrea Insulation (1995) Ltd. As an Insulation Helper, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Working at heights and in various locations
  • Handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment
