Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
