Minerai de fer Québec is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join its team in Fermont, Quebec. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mining equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Work with the maintenance team to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • DEP in site machine mechanics or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of mining equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
