Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Cambric Imports Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective sales strategies.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
