Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and dishroom
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Working Conditions

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The work environment will be clean and safe, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The Food Counter Attendant will work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
