Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Dispatchers to join our team at VP Protection Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews for staff members.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
