About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Change Management professional to join our team at Umanist Staffing. As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing change management programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing change management processes and tools to support business initiatives.
  2. Engaging stakeholders to ensure effective change management and minimize disruption.
  3. Conducting business impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Developing and delivering training programs to support change management initiatives.
  5. Facilitating workshops and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
