Job Description

This Management Trainee opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. You will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management, and ultimately prepare for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our business operations through department rotations
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency
Qualifications

You must have or obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months and meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to your first day of employment, you must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
