We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality products that meet established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
