Job Summary:
Impala Canada is seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating the floatation circuit and associated equipment, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the floatation circuit and associated equipment to optimize mineral processing and milling operations.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the mill.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the operation of mineral processing and milling equipment, with a focus on floatation of precious metal ores.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and HMI.
- A self-starter with a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
What We Offer:
Impala Canada offers a competitive remuneration package, including an hourly wage of $44.21, health and medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and travel allowance. Meals are provided while on site.
