Job Title: Mill Operator 1 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our team at Impala Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the floatation circuit and associated equipment, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Operate the floatation circuit and Mill Chemicals and associated equipment * Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair * Maintain a clean work environment * Perform other duties and responsibilities as required Qualifications: * Minimum of four (4) years experience in the operation of mineral processing and milling equipment with experience in floatation of precious metal ores * Verbal and written proficiency in English * Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and HMI * Self-starter who performs duties in a safe and productive manner What's in it for You: * Competitive remuneration package consisting of hourly wage: $44.21, health & medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and travel allowance * Meals provided while at the mine site Why Work with Us: At Impala Canada, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that values the skills and experience of our employees.
