Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our SADV Department as a Nurse Specialist in Trauma Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical and nursing care to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence
  • Conduct physical assessments and trauma management
  • Collect forensic evidence and provide safety planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current Certification – College of Nurses of Ontario
  • CPR certification or equivalent
  • Three years current nursing experience in trauma management
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively and establish priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
