Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our SADV Department as a Nurse Specialist in Trauma Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and community.
Responsibilities- Provide emergency medical and nursing care to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence
- Conduct physical assessments and trauma management
- Collect forensic evidence and provide safety planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Current Certification – College of Nurses of Ontario
- CPR certification or equivalent
- Three years current nursing experience in trauma management
- Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively and establish priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An estimated salary range of $39.07-$56.00 per hour
