Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide array of data entry and report running tasks. You will also be responsible for reviewing and organizing confidential personal and policy information, as well as inputting, consolidating, and organizing data into different spreadsheets. Additionally, you will be tracking and arranging e-docs based on provided guidelines and redirecting and replacing information to ensure files and folders are up-to-date. You will be working with a wide range of internal software to pull relevant information.

Responsibilities

- Data entry and report running
- Reviewing and organizing confidential information
- Inputting, consolidating, and organizing data into spreadsheets
- Tracking and arranging e-docs
- Redirecting and replacing information

Requirements

- 1+ years of data entry experience in an office setting
- Excellent working proficiency with MS Excel
- Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
- Insurance experience is an asset
- Tech-savvy attitude with a strong desire to learn new software
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
