Project Manager Overview

Spark Power, a leading provider of end-to-end electrical services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical projects across various industries. This role will involve coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and internal resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-voltage electrical role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
