Beedie recognizes the importance of top-notch surveyors in supporting our Civil General Superintendents on project sites. We are seeking a talented Surveyor to perform topographic surveys, construction and engineering layout, utility monitoring surveys and verification/as-built surveys of installed civil infrastructure.

This role requires strong collaboration with Land Development Department members to plan and execute survey tasks. The successful candidate will be proficient in performing survey-related calculations, cut/fill reports, and creating AutoCAD drawings.

  • The ideal candidate will possess skills in collecting and recording information using conventional instruments, robotic total stations, digital levels, and GPS equipment.
  • They will also have the ability to interpret field data to create accurate survey drawings and legal plans.
  • An understanding of geographical information systems and spatial analysis is essential.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience level. Our bonus program rewards individual and team performance, while our learning and development support helps you grow professionally.
