Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Mobile Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of our retail strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations
  • Evaluate store performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity
  • Manage and develop staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and preferences, informing decisions on merchandise selection and pricing
  • Determine the types of merchandise and services to be offered in-store, aligning with company goals and objectives
  • Implement price and credit policies to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Locate, select, and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring excellent product offerings and presentation
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to achieve financial goals
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, addressing customer complaints and supply chain challenges
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team
  • Oversee payroll administration and manage office staff to support operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software applications
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week
