Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions
  • 5-10 people in the team.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language required.
  • 40 hours per week.
