Retail Store Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic and supportive team. The store is open 7 days a week, and the supervisor will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
