Industrial Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Innovation Industrial Machining and Repair Ltd.
About the Role:This permanent position involves providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and overseeing office administrative procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a college diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
In terms of salary, we offer a competitive rate of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, as well as paid vacation time.
Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a high level of productivity
- College diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
