Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our courier services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with customers, drivers, and other teams to resolve issues, provide technical advice, and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Manage Resources: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
