About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the laundry room and throughout the hotel.
  • Prepare guest linens and ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Track maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment and manage inventory of laundry supplies.
  • Respect guest property and privacy, adhering to lost and found procedures.
  • Understand and practice all emergency procedures for the hotel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a hotel environment is an asset.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Attention to detail and pride in a job done well.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
