Our Team
We are seeking a sales professional to join our Elte team, who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for product. This individual will excel in building strong client relationships, identifying needs, and providing an elevated service experience. They will thrive in a team environment, be self-motivated, and an independent worker, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently engage with clients on the showroom floor, providing an excellent service experience by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by leveraging sales tools, logging opportunities, and following up on every contact.
- Build client relationships and develop a self-sustaining network of clients, leveraging sales tools to create quotes and sales orders that reflect the client's wants.
- Embody the Elte brand by maintaining showroom standards, embracing feedback to grow and improve, and providing an elevated service experience.
