**Job Summary**
The Clerk II - Rehabilitation Services position provides administrative support to the Rehabilitation Program at Southern Health-Santé Sud. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical services, reception duties, and administrative support to the Rehabilitation Manager and team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Rehabilitation Manager and team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Provide reception services, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and other activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**
- Grade twelve (12) education or equivalent.
- Completion of an Administrative/Office training program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook/Email.
- One (1) year previous experience working in an office environment.
- Previous experience working in a rehabilitation environment.
- Other suitable combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with management and staff within the region as well as appropriate outside vendors and agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Given the cultural diversity of our region, the ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population is required.
- Proficiency of both official languages is essential for target and designated bilingual positions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job.
- Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality including paper, electronic formats and other mediums.
- Good work and attendance record.
**Conditions of Employment**
- Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00.
