Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Unloader Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Stock Unloader Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt and processing of merchandise, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and sort general merchandise trailers
  • Complete live unloading of all remaining merchandise
  • Maintain cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving and stocking
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to the salesfloor for overnight processing
  • Assist in stocking the salesfloor as assigned and provide customer service when necessary
  • Label and place overstock merchandise
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment would be an asset. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly would be beneficial.
