Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Greekology. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and messages, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed and resolved.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring that all schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are avoided.
  • Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
