We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Pandher Building Maintenance Ltd. This role will be responsible for performing various financial tasks, including preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and establishing and balancing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills. They will also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of cheques for payroll
  • Maintenance of financial records and establishment of various accounts
  • Balancing of accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintenance of general ledgers and financial statements
  • Posting of journal entries
  • Preparation of statistical, financial, and accounting reports

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to bondable, use public transportation, and work 30-35 hours per week. We offer a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.
