Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate preparation and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment:
The Server will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
