Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to oversee the administration of our properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensuring terms of lease agreements are met
  • Preparing and administering contracts for property services
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
  • Monitoring progress and costs of work
  • Compiling and maintaining records on operating expenses and income
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in property administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
