Job Overview

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategy Senior Manager to join our team in Ontario, Canada. As a key member of the Segment Strategy team, you will report directly to the Director of Segment Strategy and play a critical role in creating shareholder value by working on strategic initiatives across the segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive above-market organic and inorganic growth
  • Manage projects to identify new growth platforms and opportunities in attractive market spaces
  • Work closely with management to prioritize cross-functional involvement and real-time input
  • Lead cross-functional teams in solving business problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
  • Support the strategic planning process and deepen strategic capabilities in the organization
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management consulting experience post-graduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in corporate strategy for an industrial company in the automotive space
  • Experience interfacing with executives and C-suite through effective communication of ideas and plans
  • Track record of demonstrated leadership potential in a business environment
  • Sense of tact, confidentiality, and maturity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate and graduate degrees
  • Engineering degree is highly desirable
  • MBA degree is highly valuable
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: CAD150,000 - CAD 200,000
  • Travel: 10% to 25%
