Job Overview

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Segment Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving above-market organic and inorganic growth, managing projects to identify new growth platforms, and working closely with Management to prioritize cross-functional involvement and real-time input.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guiding the Segment on its "where to play" and "how to win" choices to drive growth, improve profitability, and sustain competitive advantage globally and regionally.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in solving business problems using a hands-on hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Supporting the strategic planning process and deepening strategic capabilities in the organization.
  • Actively developing talent, providing coaching and feedback to junior members of the team.
  • Anticipating market changes and assessing their strategic and economic impact.
Requirements
  • 3 years or more of management consulting experience post graduate degree.
  • 2 years or more of experience working in corporate strategy for an industrial company in the automotive space (OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers).
  • Experience interfacing with executives and C-suite through effective communication of ideas and plans.
  • Track record of demonstrated leadership potential in a business environment.
  • Sense of tact, confidentiality, and maturity.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: CAD150,000 - CAD 200,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
