The company's R&D Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading and guiding release stakeholders to deliver releases in a timely, consistent, efficient, transparent, and controlled manner.


Job Description:

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, PMO team members, and R&D management to ensure the successful delivery of releases based on prioritized business needs.

You will lead a release within a balanced matrix organizational structure, defining and managing release priorities, establishing project scope, deliverables, and estimated timelines, identifying and addressing conflicts or roadblocks between release stakeholders, driving operational efficiencies in project execution, and contributing to the ongoing development of Project Management best practices and the SAFE/Scrum framework at AGFA HealthCare.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated success in leading teams in a high-tech field toward defined goals, with proven experience applying project management methodologies.
  2. Strong ability to unite teams and build consensus.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills, with experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
  4. Adaptable, with a proven ability to adjust to new challenges and priorities, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  5. Well-developed skills in influencing and motivating others to achieve objectives.
  6. Knowledge of Quality and Regulatory standards in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  7. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent work experience.
