Job Title: Autobody Production Manager

CSN Star Autobody is seeking an experienced Autobody Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our technicians are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production team to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the CSR and Shop Manager to set scheduling and hiring requirements
  • Assist the repair planner to ensure a smooth collision repair process
  • Monitor and maintain quality control of all vehicles being repaired

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years auto body experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership position
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient use of computers
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Red Seal license

Work Environment:

Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0V7
