Job Summary:

The Delivery Person Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
