About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Community Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality written and visual content to support marketing campaigns, including reports, briefs, website content, and social media posts.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute events, workshops, and meetings to promote products and services.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and publicity.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
