This Operational Control Analyst position involves reconciliation of cash balances, transactions, intra-systems, and positions between internal data and external parties. The successful candidate will have prior experience in cash and stock reconciliations and working with systems like Smartstream TLM, Intellimatch, or Broadridge.

Responsibilities
  • Perform reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to understand trade flow requirements and other aspects of operations.
  • Support the full client lifecycle from onboarding to delivering solutions.
  • Address daily process issues and own continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Skillset: Strong analytical skills, control framework operation under tight deadlines, prioritization, and effective communication.
Experience: Prior experience in cash and stock reconciliations and working with relevant systems.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in finance or accounting.
