Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Lead - Canada to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company's strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in managing complex communication initiatives, with a focus on both client and associate communications. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.

This role requires a strong understanding of various digital and traditional communication channels and tools, including SharePoint and content management systems. The successful candidate will also have proven project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone who can craft clear and compelling messaging for a variety of audiences and has the ability to influence at all levels within the organization. This role offers a competitive salary, $95,000 per year, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company's strategic direction
  • Manage complex communication initiatives, focusing on both client and associate communications
  • Collaborate with leaders across various business units to create impactful communication initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of a calendar of communication initiatives to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of client and associate communications, making adjustments as necessary
  • Support key leadership communications by developing presentations, messaging, and promotional content
  • Act as a consultant to senior leaders on communication strategies and best practices
  • Implement and manage internal communication channels to promote business objectives
  • Innovate and introduce new communication methods and technologies to drive engagement among clients and associates
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and team members on effective communication practices
